Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Kovera to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscription terms:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date
- It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before renewal
- Subscriptions can be cancelled through your account or by contacting support
- Cancellation applies only to future billing cycles
Once a subscription renewal has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We are not obligated to provide refunds for subscription renewals where cancellation was not completed before the billing date. In some cases, we may offer a partial or goodwill refund at our discretion for unused or unshipped orders.
Subscription terms are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to purchase.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.
Typical delivery times (after processing) are 8–15 business days depending on destination.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
An order is considered fulfilled once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of our products (consumable wellness patches), we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

However, all purchases are made directly with Kovera, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, claims, or damages arising from your purchase.
